Guidelines for Oral and Poster

Guidelines for poster presentation

The Zoom platform will be used for the conference, and each poster will benefit its own private room. In each room, you will be able to share your screen and discuss with the other participants who will freely enter and exit the rooms. This way, you can use any support you want to prepare your poster. The only rules will be (i) to use a computer screen compatible format (preferred is “landscape 4:3”) and (ii) the poster must be one slide only.

To avoid any waste of time due to speaker change for the flash presentation of the poster, we invite you to use MS PowerPoint to prepare one or two slides with your speech recorded over your slides. This can be easily done with recent versions of MSPowerPoint under the “Slide Show” menu and then “Record Slide Show”. Then you can send us your “Flash presentation” before Friday 19 March, 9:00 am CET. We will merge the presentations for each poster session and have thus a 20-25 minutes long introduction to the sessions. Please include a picture of you in a corner of the slides!

The presenters willing to have their poster available on the webpage of the conference from Monday 22 to Thursday 25 can send us by mail its .pdf version (not compulsory).

Guidelines for oral presentation

The Zoom Webinar platform will be used for the oral sessions. Each speaker will be allowed to share her/his screen, then you can use any support you want to prepare your presentation. Each talk is limited to 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.

The use of the chat window is prefered to ask your questions.
